Aimee Winstone is a sole trader for Aimee Winstone Jewellery, Bristol, UK.

All goods remain the property of Aimee Winstone until full and final payment has been received.

All designs are original and action will be taken against anyone attempting to copy.

Quotes given are valid for 1 month, it may then be necessary to re-quote based on current metal prices.

On international orders, import duties and taxes are to be paid by the purchaser.

Delivery times are often between 6-8 weeks, however, this will be discussed based on each individual commission.

All items requiring delivery by post will be sent fully insured by Royal Mail’s Special Delivery Service.

If completion is delayed by circumstances beyond the control, a reasonable extension is expected by the purchaser.

Goods that have arrived damaged must be reported within 7 days.

Refunds are not offered on items that are commissioned and personalised. As stated at the time of ordering a commission, a 50% non-refundable deposit is taken to begin making.

All designs remain the property of Aimee Winstone. Legal proceedings will be undertaken if any designs are used without consent.

This website respects your privacy and complies with the Data Protection Act 1998 and your details will not be given to any 3rd party.

Everything is handmade and therefore each piece is individual. Every attempt is made to give exact dimensions but please only use as a guide.
